Local Students Make Dean's List at Four Colleges This Fall
Four Galloway students and one Absecon student are hitting their stride on their campuses of choice.

Four college students from Galloway and one from Absecon made the Dean's Lists at their respective colleges during the fall semester, according to readmedia.
Katelyn Hodges, of Galloway, was one of 891 students honored by King College this fall. Hodges was among the 487 students named to the school's Dean's List, meaning she participated in at least 12 hours of academic work and attained a semester grade point average (GPA) of between 3.5 and 3.99. There were 404 students named to the college's President's List.
Vincent Varsalona, of Galloway, was named to the Dean's List at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where a GPA of 3.5 or higher gains a student this recognition.

The Messiah College Dean's List features two Galloway students. Andrew Dowling and Christie Goddard were named to the Dean's List at the school, which requires a 3.6 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale for Dean's List honors.
Dowling, a senior, is an engineering major. Goddard, a junior, is majoring in nutrition and dietetics.

KellyAnn Brennan, of Galloway, and Sarah Young, of Absecon, brought local flavor to the Dean's List at York College of Pennsylvania. York College requires students to have a GPA of 3.5 or higher while enrolled for at least 12 academic credit hours.
Brennan, a senior, is majoring in behavorial science, and Young is a first-year early childhood education major.
