Man Intentionally Runs Over Motorcyclist, Flees Scene: ACPO

The victim sustained critical injuries, and the suspect was charged with attempted murder for the Hamilton incident, the prosecutor said.

A man ran over a motorcyclist with his pickup truck and fled the scene Sunday afternoon, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said Tuesday. The victim sustained critical injuries.

Noah Frost, of Marshallville, was charged with attempted murder and several other offenses, the ACPO said. Township of Hamilton police responded to the incident at about 2:25 p.m. in the area of Somers Point-Mays Landing Road around Babcock Road, officials said. The motorcyclist was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Campus.

Frost had fled the scene, the ACPO said. His pickup truck was located, and he was detained. Investigation showed Frost's pickup truck struck the victim's motorcycle and then struck and ran over the victim, the ACPO said. Frost then exited his vehicle, according to officials.

Both Frost and the victim are affiliated with the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Club, the ACPO said.

Frost was also charged with aggravated assault, leaving the scene of an accident and assault by auto, the ACPO said. He was taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
