Man's Body Found on Great Creek Road in Galloway: Police

Galloway, NJ -- Police are investigating the death of a man found on the side of the highway Sunday morning, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain said.

Galloway Police discovered a man’s body on the side of Great Creek Road around 7:20 a.m. Police were responding to 9-1-1 calls when they discovered the man deceased on the scene.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit also responded.

Next of kin has been notified, but the identity of the victim was not released.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Galloway Township Police Department are investigating.
