HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ - A 37-year-old Atlantic City woman has been arrested after her 7-month old suffered an accidental overdose, police announced Wednesday.

Shannon Devine was arrested on Dec. 21, a little more than five months after her baby was treated for the overdose, according to Hamilton Township police.

Police responded to a home on Oakmont Drive for a report of an unresponsive 7-month-old at about 10:30 p.m. on July 8, police said. Hamilton Rescue and AtlantiCare Paramedics treated the infant on the scene.
