EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — An Egg Harbor Township mom is facing charges after authorities said she hosted a house party attended by more than 200 juveniles and provided them with alcohol, according to a report.

Saundra McCarthy, 46, was charged with child endangerment and making alcohol available to minors after police were called to her home Saturday night, according to police records obtained by BreakingAC.

When officers arrived at the home, police said they found numerous empty alcohol bottles and cups in and outside the house, according to the report. An 18-year-old man also became unconscious after police arrived, prompting an ambulance to be called.

When asked by police, McCarthy said the party was for her daughter and friends and that she was not expecting so many people to show up, the report said.
