Pair of Galloway Natives Earn College Degrees

Dmitry Kalashnik earned his Master's Degree in international relations from Salve Regina University, and Colleen Delaney earned Bachelor's degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology, and Spanish from Lebanon Valley College

Two more Galloway natives graduated from college recently, according to Read Media reports.

Dmitry Kalashnik earned his Master’s Degree in international relations during Salve Regina University's 62nd commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 20. He was among 671 students who earned degrees, including one of 204 who earned Master’s Degrees. There were also 438 Bachelor’s Degrees, 26 certificates of advanced graduates studies and three doctorates distributed.

Publisher, president and CEO of The Providence Journal Co. Howard G. Sutton II delivered the keynote address and was awarded an honorary doctorate in humane letters.

Colleen Delaney, of the Smithville section of the township, earned Bachelor’s degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology, and Spanish from Lebanon Valley College on May 12. She was one of more than 430 students to earn their degrees that day.
