Pinelands Management Plan Changes Highlight Light Council Agenda

Galloway Township Council won't have much to discuss in the way of resolutions and ordinances when it convenes tonight, 6:30 at the municipal complex.

An ordinance concerning amendments to the Pinelands Management Plan is up for first reading, and two resolutions and six sets of minutes to be approved will go before council.

Ordinances and Resolution STATEMENTS
1851-2012 Amend Ord #233 Land Mgmt Implementing Amendments to Pinelands Mgmt Plan
This Ordinance amends Chap 233 of the Twp Code in response to amendments to the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan & is recommended by the Planning Board.
147-12 Amend Res 109-12 Returning Funds to Bidders
This Resolution returns funds to bidders, as bids were rejected.
148-12 Release Maintenance Guarantee/Five Starr Development LLC
This Resolution releases the Maint Guarantee in the amt of $33,408.68 for Chris Gaupp Drive, as Dixon Associates performed inspection & site improvements have been maintained.
