Preparations for July 4th Parade, Disposal of Unsold Items Among Topics on Council's Agenda

This Resolution supports road closure for the 4th of July parade in Smithville.

This Resolution amends the adopted budget for insertion of a special item or revenue & appropriation for the Clean Communities Grant.
169-12 Amend the Adopted Budget (Chapter 159) – Hazardous Mitigation Grant
This Resolution amends the adopted budget for insertion of a special item or revenue & appropriation for the Hazardous Mitigation Grant.

This Resolution authorizes the Township to be able to dispose items either through trash or recycling since there have been several attempts to auction off items that have not sold.
173-12 Approve Grant App fr NJ Div of Hwy Safety for 2012 Safety Mobilization Grant
This Resolution approves the grant app & funding will be utilized for OT enforcement during Statewide Crackdown Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over 2012 from Aug 17th – Sept 3rd, 2012.
174-12 Refund Taxes & Sewer due to Overpayments
This Resolution refunds overpayments on taxes & sewer, due to appeals & overpayments.
175-12 Assignment of Municipal Lien
This Resolution assigns a municipal lien & will collect $958.31 in unpaid taxes.
176-12 Request Atl Co for NO PASSING Signage for Duerer St (GTAA & Tartaglio Park)
This Resolution requests Atl Co for No Passing Signage, due to the increased density for the safety & well being of those utilizing the Athletic Fields.
177-12 Calling for Restoration of Energy Taxes to Municipalities
This Resolution calls for the restoration of energy taxes to Municipalities & end the diversion of our municipal resources to cover State spending.
178-12 Auth Continued Participation in the Atlantic County Urban County Program
This Resolution authorized continued participation in the Urban County Program for the fiscal year 2013, 2014 & 2015.
