EXPIRED: Flash Flood Warnings for Atlantic, Ocean Counties

A Flash Flood Warning in effect for Atlantic and Ocean counties expired at 12:45 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning expired at 9:30 a.m.

Flooding was reported in Atlantic City, Absecon, Brigantine and Beach Haven.

Atlantic City Electric and PSE&G are reporting a small number of outages as of 11 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Residents are advised not to cross flowing water or water of unknown depth, and to not drive through water on the road. Turn around and find an alternate route.

However, the rain isn’t over yet.

The chance for showers and thunderstorms continues Wednesday night, but the sun is expected to return on Sunday, with temperatures reaching around 80 degrees.
