Trunk or Treat at Assumption

Assumption Regional Catholic School held its second Trunk or Treat Monday afternoon, Oct. 31.

held its second Trunk or Treat Monday afternoon, Oct. 31 in the school's parking lot. The idea was the brainchild of the school's PTA, and it was such a success last year, the school decided to bring it back this year.

Parents parked in the school's parking lot and decorated their vehicles. Approximately 350 students, wearing their Halloween costumes, then paraded around the parking lot and the parents handed out candy in trick-or-treat fashion. According to PTA Treasurer Mara Marczia, the turnout among parents for this year's event was comparable to the turnout last year.
