Who Will Represent Galloway? See New Federal, State Districts
The Census brings change to congressional and state legislative districts because of population shifts. See the new districts.
GALLOWAY, NJ — The completion of the 2020 Census means it is time for the 10-year change in federal and state legislative districts, and those changes affect who represents which towns in every county in New Jersey.
Redistricting is meant to balance the number of people represented by each member of the House of Representatives and each member of the New Jersey Legislature, by adjusting to the population shifts in the state map.
Here's a look at which districts encompass Galloway now, ahead of the coming primary elections in June and the general election in November.

Galloway has been in the 2nd Congressional District since 2013, which currently is represented by Republican Jeff Van Drew, and that will not change. (You can see the new map here.)

The 2nd District is represented by Sen. Vincent J. Polistina and Assemblymembers Don Guardian and Claire Swift; all three are Republicans.
The 2nd District will include: Absecon, Atlantic City, Brigantine, Egg Harbor, Galloway, Hamilton, Linwood, Longport, Margate City, Northfield, Pleasantville, Port Republic, Somers Point, and Ventnor City.
