2 Gloucester Twp. Men Charged In $2,500 Cigarette Theft From Wawa
A man reportedly dressed as a Wawa employee stole the cigarettes while Dana Baker and William Baker were lookouts

Two Gloucester Township men have been arrested in connection with the theft of nearly $2,500 in cigarettes from a Burlington Township Wawa, according to a report in the South Jersey Times.
Dana Baker, 35, and Wiliam Baker, 28, both of Sicklerville were arrested Dec. 23, six days after the theft occurred at the Wawa at 2003 Mount Holly Road, Burlington Township police said in the report on NJ.com.
Authorities determined that a man entered the store — reportedly dressed as a Wawa employee — and stole 30 cartons of cigarettes, valued at $2,470. The Bakers, “acted as lookouts while another man entered the store to steal the cigarettes from behind the counter.”

Burlington Township police, along with officers from Gloucester Township Police Department, were able to locate both of the Bakers in Sicklerville on Dec. 23. The duo were taken into custody as a result of the shoplifting and conspiracy incident and subsequently sent to into jail, police said.
Neither the relationship between the two Bakers nor the identity of the man who allegedly entered the Wawa and stole the cigarettes was immediately disclosed by police.
