Gloucester Township, NJ -- A 64-year-old Gloucester Township man who had been missing since April 21 was reported found safe Tuesday afternoon.
Gloucester Township Police are searching for a 64-year-old man who has not been seen since April 21.
Phillip Stephan was reported missing on April 27. Gloucester Township Police announced he was missing on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday, they announced he was located and is safe.
