Child Abduction Response Team Conducting Mock Exercise In Gloucester Township On Oct. 12

A large law enforcement presence in Blackwood Oct. 12 is part of a county Child Abduction Response Team drill, officials said.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Officials are alerting the public that the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Child Abduction Response Team (CART) will conduct a training drill next week in Gloucester Township.

There will be "a large law enforcement presence" in the Blackwood area of the township on October 12, according to the prosecutor's office. It is a mock activation exercise and only a drill, officials said.
