TURNERSVILLE, NJ., – Dec. 18, 2012 - Lauletta Birnbaum announced that Gregory A. Lomax, a prominent litigator, and Dominic P. Marco, Jr., who focuses his practice on general business and corporate law, have joined the firm as members, and that Randy W. Ford has joined as an associate.

With more than 20 years of experience, Lomax has extensive trial and appellate court commercial litigation experience and concentrates his practice in a variety of business disputes, including those involving partnerships, closely-held corporations, corporate governance matters, and other complex business and real property disputes. He also focuses on unfair trade and trademark matters, land use, real estate, insurance, and general equity litigation.

Most recently, he served as a partner with Duane Morris, LLP and previously was a partner with WolfBlock, LLP. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey, New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the bar associations in Camden and Gloucester counties. Lomax was selected as a New Jersey "Super Lawyer" from 2005 to 2009 and from 2011 to 2013, is listed in Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition, 2010, and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Lomax is a graduate of Widener University School of Law (J.D., 1990) and Juniata College (B.S., 1985).
Marco, based in Newtown, Pa., will continue to focus his practice on the areas of general business and corporate law, including business acquisitions and transactions. His advising services encompass transactional and dispute resolution issues frequently encountered by businesses, including the formation of companies, loan transactions, leases, vendor and customer contracts, and licensing agreements. He services a wide variety of business entities including retail, distribution, staffing, professional services, equipment brokering, contractors, and office supply companies.

Among representative transactions, he advised a retail clothing business in obtaining working capital and a permanent loan, provided corporate governance advice to a non-profit corporation relating to a dispute among board members, and has significant experience representing software and technology companies, in particular negotiating agreements with large private and public companies.
Previously, Marco served as an associate with Spector Gadon & Rosen, PC. He is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and was selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2010 and 2011. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law (J.D. with honors, 2001) and The Pennsylvania State University (B.S., Finance with high distinction, 1998).
Ford comes to Lauletta Birnbaum after serving as a law clerk for John W. Hargrave & Associates and a confidential aide to Gloucester County Freeholder Larry Wallace. He also worked as a student clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office in both Camden and Trenton. Ford volunteers as an Eagle Scout and merit badge counselor to the Boy Scouts of America and has also been a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission for Monroe Township in Gloucester County. He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law (J.D., 2010) where he participated in the Hunter Moot Court, Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project, and Street Law Project. His undergraduate degree is from Rutgers University (B.A., 2008).
