Apartment Fire Injures 2 In Gloucester Township: Police
A resident and her daughter were taken to the Cooper Trauma Center for smoke inhalation.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — An apartment fire injured two people Friday night in Gloucester Township, officials said.
Police were dispatched at 11:30 p.m. to the Autumn Ridge Apartments, B Building, for a reported fire with entrapment. Arriving officers found smoke coming from a second-floor apartment.
The resident and her daughter exited the apartment, and the officers extinguished the blaze. Firefighting personnel then arrived and continued to assess and ventilate the scene.

Officials took the resident and her daughter to the Cooper Trauma Center for smoke inhalation.
The fire doesn't appear suspicious, police said. But the Camden County Fire Marshal's Office and Blackwood Fire Department Station 84 will continue to investigate the incident.
