Black Horse Pike Schools Set In-Person Graduation Date
In addition to the parades announced last week, the Black Horse Pike Regional School District will hold an in-person graduation ceremony.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Black Horse Pike Regional School District is planning in-person graduation ceremonies for all three high schools. The announcement follows the announcement that parades will be held for the graduating classes at Highland, Timber Creek and Triton regional high schools. The ceremonies will take place on July 23, the school district announced on Friday.
“The Department of Education guidance on these ceremonies requires social distancing of at least 6 feet and several other safety precautions, like shortening the length of the ceremony, not sharing microphones, and wearing face coverings,” Black Horse Pike Regional Superintendent of Schools Dr. Brian Repici said. “Over the coming weeks, we will formulate a detailed plan and distribute that plan to the graduating seniors and community.”

“The link will be emailed to students and placed on the schools’ websites,” Repici said. “If you would like a DVD copy of the ceremony, please click this link. It will take about 10-13 business days after June 16, 2020, for the DVDs to be created.”
