BLACKWOOD, NJ — A Blackwood child was reported missing Wednesday in Camden, according to the Camden County Police Department. The agency asked the public for information that could help find Santia Lugo-Garbarino.
Lugo-Garbarino, 13, was reported missing in Camden after last being seen Wednesday at 3 Cooper Plaza walking toward 7th Street, police said. Authorities described Lugo-Garbarino as a Hispanic girl with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 6 inches and 100 pounds.
She is known to frequent the 400 block of Webster Street, police said.
