BERLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Berlin Township man tied up two women and sexually assaulted them in a shed, authorities said Friday. Brandon C. Fickenscher also strangled one of the victims a year prior, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office (CCPO).

On March 7, a woman called 911 and told Waterford police that a man sexually assaulted and strangled her on separate occasions, officials said. During the investigation, police learned that Fickenscher strangled the victim at a Lindenwold apartment in November 2022 and sexually and physically assaulted her last December, officials said.

One day after that 911 call, another woman told detectives that Fickenscher sexually assaulted her in February, the CCPO said.
