Camden County Property Records Now Available Online
County residents can access their records online for free.

Camden County residents can now search their property records online for free, county officials said on Thursday.
“You can now view deeds, mortgages and other documents filed in the clerk’s office on the Camden County website,” Camden County Clerk Joseph Ripa said. “You can perform simple searches from your home computer by following the link on the clerk’s page.”
The Camden County Clerk’s Office maintains the records of all property transactions in Camden County. Deeds and mortgages are filed in the Clerk’s Office, along with discharges, liens and easements.

Documents dating back to 1978 are available online, although they can’t be used for legal purposes, Ripa said.
Any information that does not need to appear in the document, such as social security numbers or bank account information, has been redacted from the online records to protect residents.

“They are a valuable resource for Camden County residents seeking their property information,” Ripa said.
Residents can still obtain official copies of records through the county clerk’s office for a fee.
The online database is updated nightly and can be used to track the status of documents submitted for recording, Ripa said.
