GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — The new coronavirus drive-through testing site at Camden County College will now be open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., officials announced on Wednesday.

Previously, they said the hours would be noon to 4 p.m. The testing site is set up at Camden County College’s Gloucester Township campus directly adjacent to Peter Cheeseman Road. Read more here: 2nd Camden County Coronavirus Test Site Aims For 100 Tests A Day

There are four lanes open for testing, with two lanes dedicated to first responders, the medical community and essential workers. Two other lanes are dedicated to Camden County residents, although all four lanes will administer tests to whoever comes through and qualifies for testing. The site opened on Wednesday.

The testing site is open to county residents, by appointment only, who have symptoms and meet other criteria, and who have received a referral for testing from a medical provider or primary care physician (at Jefferson, CAMcare Health Corporation or another provider).

Other individuals receiving priority treatment are from Governor Phil Murphy’s Executive Order 104, that are employees from grocery/food stores, pharmacies, medical supply stores, gas stations, healthcare facilities, and ancillary stores within healthcare facilities, supply chain drivers, utility employees and civil servants.

A drive-through testing site at the Waterfront opened April 1, and was initially set to be open April 15. Officials then said the site would remain open indefinitely. The status of the Camden County College testing site will be re-evaluated every two weeks.

The Freeholder Board is working with Jefferson Health New Jersey to run the site. Jefferson Health New Jersey currently has two drive-through testing sites, in Washington Township and in Cherry Hill. For more information, visit: https://newjersey.jeffersonhealth.org.
