Camping Trailer Dumped In Middle Of Gloucester Township Roadway

The 22-foot vehicle was left near the Gloucester Premium Outlets. The owner will owe impound and towing fees.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Campers are expected to leave no trace, even at suburban shopping complexes. But somebody abandoned the motto (and their vehicle) when they left a camping trailer in the middle of a Gloucester Township road last week.

Township police found a 22-foot Nomad camping trailer at 4 a.m. July 7 in the middle of Robert E. Kelly Boulevard — by the Gloucester Premium Outlets. But whoever left it there won't be able to get rid of it that easily.

"The owner, who donated this trailer to Gloucester Township, now has a tow bill, impound yard charges, and some more paperwork to be issued so we're going to need their name, please," the police agency said Thursday on social media.
