Changes In Store For Halloween Haunting In Gloucester Township

This year's Halloween Hayride is now a haunted walk at the Lakeland Complex.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Camden County 4-H is changing things up for its annual Halloween Haunting in Gloucester Township this weekend. Instead of a hayride, the haunting is now a haunted walk around the Camden County Office of Sustainability, located at 508 Lakeland Road.

It takes place over the course of two nights, on Friday, Oct. 20, and Saturday, Oct. 21, 7 p.m.-10:30 p.m. each night at the Lakeland Complex. 4-H volunteers and members will transform Lakeland with haunted scenes that are sure to bring shivers and goose bumps around every turn. Suggested for children ages 8 and up, the Haunting serves as the largest 4-H fundraiser of the year and has been held for more than 20 years.

“Come out for a night of thrills and chills while supporting a great cause,” Camden County Freeholder Jeffrey Nash, liaison to the Camden County 4-H, said. “Don’t miss the event that has become a Halloween tradition in Camden County.”
