Arrest made in car crash that killed Lower Merion HS's Principal, authorities said.

The victim was Sean Hughes, a Harleysville resident and Lower Merion High School Principal, reports said.

WINSLOW TOWNSHIP — A man from Pine Hill was charged yesterday in a November two-car crash that killed a high school principal from Montgomery County Pennsylvania, the Camden County Prosecutor and Winslow Township Police Chief said.

Azuka Ossai was speeding when he drove through a stop sign without stopping at the intersection of Fleming Pike and Hays Road and collided with a car driven by Harleysville resident and Lower Merion High School Principal Sean Hughes, authorities said. Hughes died from his injuries.

Hughes' passenger - who Patch.com has previously identified as Hughes' 13-year-old son - was injured in the crash. Neither Ossai nor any of his passengers received any life-threatening injuries in the crash, according to the earlier patch.com story.
