Registration for Culinary Arts Program at Camden County College in Gloucester Township Now Open

Registration is still being accepted for CCC’s Culinary Arts program through October 30th, 2014 !!

· 10-month / 420 hour program is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to be successful in the culinary arts/food service industry.

· Students gain proficiency in both back-of-the house and front-of-the house operations through a combination of classroom and hands-on instruction, provided by industry experts offering a wealth of practical knowledge.

· Students receive their ServSafe Certification as part of their training.

· Students obtain real-world experience by staffing “The Blackwood Bistro”, CCC’s full-service instructional restaurant, which is open to the public on Thursday evenings in the spring.

· Program prepares students for entry level employment in the field with an earning potential of $32,000 to $35,000 per year to start.
