'Endangered' Man Goes Missing In Camden Co.: Have You Seen Ceasar?
Police asked the public for info that could help find Ceasar Owens.

WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, NJ — An "endangered" young man was reported missing Wednesday, officials said. Winslow Township police asked the public for information that could help them locate Ceasar Owens.
Ceasar, 21, was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the area of Dollar General on the White Horse Pike in Waterford Township, police said. He was wearing a black trenchcoat, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown boots.
Ceasar is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 150 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a light-brown complexion, police said.
