English as a Second Language Event at CCC's Cherry Hill Site on Jan. 13

Camden County College's William G. Rohrer Center will host information, enrollment and mini-lesson session for prospective ESL students.

Area residents whose first language isn’t English but who would like to learn the English language for any reason – personal or professional – are invited to attend Camden County College’s free English as a Second Language Open House from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 13.

Attendees will learn about the full array of ESL classes that Camden County College offers and have the opportunity to meet a number of current ESL program students and faculty members. A highlight will be an ESL mini-lesson taught on the spot.

Participants also will be informed about the resources that the College provides for ESL students and the services and amenities that are available to all students. Additional topics will include financial aid availability for ESL students and the process and timeline for enrollment in ESL courses.
