Late-Night Fire Destroys Camden Co. Home, Damages House Next Door

Several homes took significant damage, but there were no reported injuries.

LINDENWOLD, NJ — A fire destroyed a Camden County home and extended into a neighbor's house last weekend, officials said.

Crews responded to a house fire at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday on 7th Avenue in Lindenwold. The blaze was extinguished without any injuries to residents or responders, according to the Lindenwold Fire Department.

Photos from the fire department show a hollowed-out house and damage along the side of the home next door.

A GoFundMe page is assisting two residents who lost everything in the fire.

Additional personnel assisted from fire departments in Laurel Springs, Clementon, Berlin, Voorhees, Blackwood, Stratford, Magnolia and Pine Hill.
