Gloucester Township Cop Graduates From Prestigious Program

Det. Sgt. Donald Gansky graduated from New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Program on Tuesday.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township Police Investigations Bureau Deputy Commander Det. Sgt. Donald Gansky is the latest graduate of the heralded New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Program, the police department said Tuesday evening.

Gansky attended the intense 14 week program which focused on conflict management, critical thinking, communications, counseling, decision making, and leadership science, and graduated on Tuesday, Jan. 17.

The program was established 1993, when members of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police collaborated with the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, to develop future police leaders.

Candidates for the program are required to commit considerable time and energy to pass this demanding course.

Gansky joins the Command Staff and several other leaders of the Gloucester Township Police Department in completing this prestigious program.

He was joined at the graduation ceremony by Chief Harry Earle and Deputy Chief David Harkins.
