Gloucester Township Police Charge Two, Recover 41 Bags of Heroin
The two were apprehended in the area of Sicklerville Road and Orr Road on Wednesday.

Two people were charged and 41 bags of heroin were recovered during an anti-narcotics operation in the area of Sicklerville Road and Orr Road, Gloucester Township Police announced Wednesday morning.
Alexander H. Gonzalez, 29, of Camden, was charged with distribution of CDS, possession of CDS (Heroin), failure to surrender CDS to law enforcement and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
Vincent E. Dick, 38, of Williamstown, was charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers were conducting an anti-narcotics operation after receiving complaints from area residents in the area Wednesday morning.
They observed a Silver Acura, circling the parking lot of a nearby convenience store and then park directly behind a White Honda.

Dick was identified as the driver of the Acura. He got out of his car and approached Gonzalez, who was sitting in the Honda.
The two allegedly appeared to conduct a drug transaction, and were stopped by officers as they left the area.
A Camden County Sheriff Department K-9 Unit assisted with the search of Gonzalez’s car, and gave positive indication for narcotics in the vehicle.
Gonzalez was taken to police headquarters where he was allegedly found to be concealing 37 bags of heroin. He was charged and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
Officers recovered four bags of heroin from Dick’s car. Dick was taken into custody, charged and released on a summons.
