Gloucester Twp. Council To Discuss Tax Abatement, Parking Monday

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township Council will consider a tax abatement for Chews Landing LLC when it meets Monday night at the municipal building.

Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday night at the municipal building, 1261 Chews Landing Road. The meeting will be held in-person, and it will stream live on YouTube. Those watching on YouTube will not be able to participate as they would be able to in person.

The tax abatement will be for an unspecified project at 1365 Chews Landing-Clementon Road. The proposal will be considered on first reading.

Council will also consider a proposed ordinance on introduction to amend the parking and traffic regulations at Blackwood Falls Apartments, 227 Washington Avenue in the Blackwood section of the township; and Blackwood Terrace Apartments, 71 Lakeland Road in the Blackwood section of the township.
