GTPD: Suspicious Van Approached Juvenile Girls on Chews Landing Road

Gloucester Township Police are investigating a report of a suspicious van that approached two juvenile girls on Chews Landing Road on Sunday.

The father reported that an older model, white, Ford Conversion van with two white men inside approached his daughters as they played in a field adjacent to their home around 2:19 p.m.

The father was in his garage when he noticed the van was stopped in the road. He said the men inside began to motion to his daughters before they realized he had seen them.

He began approaching the van when it abruptly took off toward Somerdale Road.

He said the van was all white, with blue trim, dark tinted windows and possibly having New Jersey License plates.
