Jingle All The Way 3k at Rowan Universtiy

We are opening this year’s Jingle All The Way 3K® Series at Rowan University with the 4th Annual Miles for Medals 5K and the Jingle All The Way 3K® Fun Run. This event will build excitement for the 2014 Shriver Cup Collegiate Unified Soccer Championship* which is scheduled to kick off shortly after runners cross the finish line. Both the Miles for Medals 5K and the Jingle All The Way 3K® Fun Run will start and finish on the Rowan University football field with the race courses entirely within the Rowan Campus. No streets will be crossed during the run.

Race Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers in the Miles for Medals 5K. Awards will also be presented to the top male and female finishers in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. All awards will be presented immediately following the Miles for Medals 5K.

All runners and fans are invited to join us in the stadium parking lot for a festive, family-friendly tailgate. Spectators are invited to cheer on the runners free-of-charge and join us for food and festivities for $10 (under 10 years/free).

The funds raised through this event will help advance the goal of Special Olympics New Jersey, to provide free year-round training and competition in 24 Olympic-type sports to more than 24,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

• 9:10-9:45 a.m. - Runner registration
• 10:00 a.m. - Miles for Medals 5K start
• 10:10 a.m. - Jingle All The Way 3K® Fun Run start
• 10:30-11:30 a.m. - Post-race tailgate in football stadium parking lot
• 11:00 a.m. - Race awards
• 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. - 2014 Shriver Cup Collegiate Unified Soccer Tournament
