Man Sought In 7-11 Robbery: Gloucester Township Police

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man they say robbed a 7-11 on East Church Street in the Blackwood section of the township last week.

The man entered the store at about 2:10 a.m. after arriving in a 4-door light colored sedan, the Gloucester Township Police Department said on Friday.

After asking the clerk at the counter for a pack of Newport 100’s cigarettes, he demanded money and pointed to his waistband as if to indicate he had a weapon. The clerk complied, and the man escaped in the sedan toward Route 42.
