Man Steals Woman's Money, Hits Her With Car in Chick-fil-A Parking Lot: Police
Gloucester Township Police are searching for a man who hit a woman with his car in the Chick-fil-A parking lot on Berlin-Cross Keys Road.
Gloucester Township, NJ -- A young man took a woman’s money before running her over with his car in the Chick-fil-A parking lot on Berlin-Cross Keys Road Friday afternoon, Gloucester Township Police said.
The 20-year-old Sicklerville woman was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment for her injuries. Her name was not released Friday night.
Police are searching for the man, described as a white man in his late teens or early 20’s wearing a white t-shirt and blue shorts. He has short brown hair. He was driving what is believed to be a gold, Toyota Siena or similar model.

The incident took place around 3 p.m., when the woman parked her car and went into Chick-fil-A. She went back outside after she was told by another customer that she had dropped money outside in the parking lot, police said.

When she went outside, she saw the man pick up her money and return to his car, which was in the drive-thru.
When she began to talk to him, he quickly got back in his car and fled the parking lot, striking her as he left, police said.
According to the video, he dragged her with his car before eventually running her over.
