Pedestrian Killed In Gloucester Township Crash Thursday, Police Say

Officials have not yet identified the person who died after being hit by a vehicle on Little Gloucester Road.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Township police are investigating a fatal crash that left a pedestrian dead on Thursday evening in Blackwood.

Gloucester Township Police officers responded to Little Gloucester Road at approximately 5:36 p.m. Thursday after getting a report of a vehicle that hit a pedestrian. Police closed Little Gloucester Road between Blackwood Clementon and Erial roads for about three hours while they investigated.

Police say the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, and have not identified them yet.
