Police Seek South Jersey Man In 5 Narcotics Incidents
William E. Carney was arrested five times since last August, according to authorities.

William E. Carney, 47, of West Deptford, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear in Drug Court, Woodbury on Aug. 8, 2017, on three narcotics charges in Gloucester County and one in Salem County. He is 5’11,” 180 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. His image is attached to this post.
He was charged with possession of 38 vials of heroin and possession of the narcotic with intent to distribute in Mannington Township, Salem County, on Aug. 23, 2016, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
He was then arrested twice in December. On Dec. 14, he was arrested in West Deptford and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of heroin. On Dec. 29, he was arrested in a motor vehicle stop in Woodbury and charged with possession of heroin and fentanyl.

Then, on Jan, 4, Carney was arrested in a motor vehicle stop in West Deptford and charged with possession of cocaine and heroin. Finally, on March 29, he was arrested in a motor vehicle stop in West Deptford and charged with possession of cocaine.
