Rite Aid Offers up to $5,000 for Information in Gloucester Township Store Robbery

The robbery took place on Monday and is not believed to be connected to a robbery in Haddonfield that took place on Tuesday.

Rite Aid is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for a robbery at a Rite Aid pharmacy in Gloucester Township, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle said on Wednesday. The reward will be based on the information provided.

The suspect allegedly held up the pharmacist with a handgun and fled with an undetermined amount of prescription medication in an unknown direction around 9:40 a.m., police said.

A Camden County Sheriff’s K-9 Officer responded and did a track of the area, but was unable to find the suspect.

The suspect is described as a thin built white male with razor stubble, wearing a grey shirt and a baseball cap.

Detectives do not believe this robbery is related to a robbery that occurred on Tuesday at a Rite Aid in Haddonfield.
