MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police have issued a shelter-in-place Friday morning for a residential complex in Monroe Township.
Township police announced the shelter-in-place at about 12:30 p.m. for Justin Commons. Avoid the area of Glassboro Road and Fries Mill Road because of heavy police activity, authorities said.
