Skelly's Offers Carnival Food For Take-Out In South Jersey
The menu includes cotton candy, candied and caramel apples, popcorn, ice cream, milk shakes, sundaes, fried Oreos and funnel cake.
Carnival season is supposed to be underway in South Jersey, and in some ways, one company is keeping that spirit alive. Skelly’s Amusements would have launched its 65th carnival season the second week of April, but was unable to due to the outbreak of new coronavirus.
However, it is now serving fair foods at its main office in Williamstown. All you have to do is drive up, place your order and wait for it to be delivered to your car. The menu includes cotton candy, candied and caramel apples, popcorn, ice cream, milk shakes, sundaes, fried Oreos and funnel cake.
Pickup takes place at the main office at 1136 Glassboro Road in Williamstown from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. This past weekend, they were also open on Friday, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

“The Coronavirus pandemic has forced us to cancel the early part of our carnival and fair schedule. With that, comes an even longer delay for our nearly 100 seasonal employees to return to work,” the owners said in a post of their Facebook page. “You have given us the opportunity to bring some of them back before our season can finally start later this summer.”
