Speeding Driver Killed In 3-Car Crash In Camden County: Police
A 22-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, while another person was brought to the hospital, authorities said.
VOORHEES, NJ — A driver was pronounced dead after speeding into one vehicle and then hitting another Friday night in Voorhees, authorities said. Another person was injured.
The crash occurred at about 10 p.m. on Haddonfield-Berlin Road and Lafayette Avenue, police said. The crash killed a 22-year-old Berlin resident, police said.
Police have not disclosed their name.

The Berlin resident was speeding southbound on Haddonfield-Berlin Road when their 2008 Honda hit a 2024 Lexus SUV, police said. The Honda then crossed the double-yellow lines and crashed head-on into a 2016 Chevy Traverse, which was traveling northbound, according to law enforcement.
Medical personnel pronounced the Honda driver dead at the scene. An ambulance took the Traverse driver to Virtua Voorhees Hospital, where they were reported in stable condition as of last weekend.

Nobody in the Lexus reported injuries.

Several fatal collisions were reported last weekend in South Jersey. A 16-year-old girl died in a crash Friday night in Deptford, and a driver was killed in a fiery collision Sunday in Washington Township, Burlington County, authorities said.
