• Heavy Fire Draws Multiple Departments to Somerville Building (shorenewsnetwork.com) — A serious early-morning building fire in Somerville drew mutual aid from several nearby departments, including the Green Knoll Fire Department. Firefighters attacked heavy flames, cut through the roof for ventilation, and brought the blaze under control in just under 90 minutes before turning the scene over to the Somerville fire marshal.
