Family Promise of Warren County receives $20,000 grant from Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center Community Advisory Board (wrnjradio.com) — A $20,000 grant from Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center's Community Advisory Board will help Family Promise of Warren County support medically vulnerable residents facing housing instability. Over the next year, the Home Rx: Housing for Health program aims to connect about 150 people with stable housing, primary or behavioral health care, and intensive case management across the Hackettstown–Warren County area.
