HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A police car was almost struck during a Monday afternoon road rage incident caught on camera, Hackettstown Police said.
On July 3, a SUV crossed over the double yellow line on Grand Ave, straddling the line while driving next to a car in the same lane. As the SUV crossed the line, it nearly struck two other cars and a police car traveling in the other direction.
The driver of the SUV, Terrylyn Fulper, 58, of Mansfield, told police she wanted to get next to the other car to pull them over to discuss an earlier road rage incident.
