Hackettstown Clinic’s Pet Food Drive Will Feed Over 250 Shelter Animals

160 cats and 120 dogs will benefit from the fundraiser.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Village Family Clinic, a multi-disciplinary health center, hosted a Shelter Pet Food Drive in August that collected enough food to feed over 250 pets.

Each year Village Family Clinic invites their patients, and new patients to take advantage of a free chiropractic adjustment, or free health check analysis in exchange for bringing in a 5 pound or greater bag of pet food. This year a local feed store in Hackettstown teamed up with Village Family Clinic, and donated 4 pallets of food that was distributed to 11th Hour Rescue and Common Sense for Animals. With the amount of food the one-week pet food drive brought in, there was enough food to feed 160 cats and 120 dogs for one month!

Tickners, and Village Family Clinic will be teaming up soon for events such as Village Family Clinic’s Annual Open House. The open house will have characters from Disney, Free food, Free Exams, Free Adjustments, Free Food, Vendors, and much more located at 1500 Route 517 Hackettstown!
