Hackettstown Doctor Practiced Medicine Without License, Prosecutor Says

The doctor also had offices in Washington, Warren County and Roxbury, the prosecutor said.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A Hackettstown doctor has been arrested and charged with practicing without a license, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said in a press release.

Paramjit Singh, of Hackettstown, is accused of practicing in Hackettstown, Washington, Warren County and Roxbury without a valid medical license, the prosecutor's office said. His license was suspended in 2004.

Singh has been practicing at Medical Care Associates, Family Practice / Urgent Care. Police say the owner, Parminderjeet Sandhu, of Long Valley, knew Singh did not have a license and allowed him to work as a doctor anyway.

Sandhu is being charged with aiding or abetting another in practicing medicine without a license.

Prosecutors are looking to speak with patients who saw Singh; they ask all of Singh's patients to call the Warren County Prosecutor's Office Tip line at 908-475-6643, or toll free at 866-942-6467.
