Hackettstown Police Raising Money For Cancer Research
If you see a lot of bearded police officers this month, here's why.
From Hackettstown- Mansfield PBA: The members of Hackettstown-Mansfield PBA Local 369 will be participating in a "Beards In Blue" Fundraiser this November. Officers will be putting down their razors and growing their facial hair to support The Joan Knechel Cancer Center at Hackettstown Medical Center.
Our anti-shave campaign is meant to raise cancer awareness and encourage people to live healthy and get their regular medical checkups to detect issues that could lead to cancer. Our members and our organization will be donating money for each participating officer, but we need your help!
