How To Bring A Trader Joe's To Hackettstown
Hackettstown, we heard you loud and clear-- here's what you can do to bring a Trader Joe's to town.
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Yesterday we asked you what businesses you think Hackettstown needs, and you had a lot of opinions, some more realistic than others. The most common request was for some type of grocery store-- specifically, you want a Trader Joe's in town.
Currently, Hackettstown residents have to drive to Wayne or Clifton for their Trader Joe's fix, a nuisance when you only need one thing to finish making dinner.

You've made your voice clear to Patch, but how can you get Trader Joe's to listen? It's easy: they have a dedicated request form on their website to take location requests.
Just fill out your contact information and where you'd like to see the new store.
"There are no guarantees, but being wanted matters to us," the store says on it's form. Who knows? Maybe Hackettstown will be next in line for the tropical grocery store.
Another popular request was a Wegmans in town. Unfortunately, Wegmans doesn't have a dedicated request form for new stores and there have been no plans announced for a Hackettstown area location.
The (somewhat) silver lining? With the planned July opening of the Hanover location, you wont have to drive to Woodbridge for your Wegmans fix anymore.
