We are happy to announce that starting December 1st, 2014 we are working together with NJ CORE MMA. You’ll be able to purchase packages and take advantage of all available Lyon Fitness and NJ CORE MMA classes.

In addition Lyon Fitness is going to offer night classes 4 times per week Monday through Thursday and a Saturday morning class (by appointment only).
