Man Caught With Cocaine on His Face, Cops Say
Stanhope resident charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana.

A Stanhope man was arrested for having cocaine after police saw him open his car door while the vehicle was in motion, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.
Hackettstown police stopped a car on Mall Drive at 9:42 p.m. on Dec. 28, where they found passenger Daniel Bitondo—who opened his door while the car was in motion—grinding his teeth with dilated pupils, Tynan said.
The officer took Bitondo, 23, out of the car and saw white powder under his nose, Tynan said. Police found a bag of suspected cocaine and two bags of suspected marijuana on Bitondo, Tynan said.
